Our Policies At Silver Drive Car Rental, our car rental policies are structured to protect the interests of both the customers and the company. As mentioned, we work with 100% transparency and ensure that each of our customers is fully aware of our car rental policies and guidelines. The minimum age to rent a car from Silver Drive Car Rental is 23. The renter must have a UAE driver’s license that is at least six-month-old if they are a resident, or a valid home country license that is at least one year old if they are a tourist. A credit card is mandatory for all refundable deposit payments. All rental and deposit fees are collected at the time when the car is handed over to the customer. If any damage is to occur on the rented vehicle, the renter must obtain a police report and submit the same to Silver Drive Car Rental. 1.No smoking inside the car the fine will be AED 500 + VAT, 2. Grace period to return the car is 1 hour, if not it will be calculated for an extra day. 3. If the booking gets canceled the cancelation fee will be charged a minimum of 2 days of rent. 4. The delivery charges in Dubai are AED 150 + Vat. Note: per day mileage is 250km if you exceed each km charge AED 2
